    I purchased my Bugaboo Bee From So Baby in Store and recieved excellent customer service. I am so happy with my pushchair and recieve lots of positive comments on it. I went in to purchased a Cosy Toes for it in which they had a sale on and i received a fantastic bargin in which i am so pleased with. People should visit this shop it is great with helpful and friendly staff. I have purchased a number of items from them and they are my first point of call when i want something. Thanks alot assest to Baby Buys. xx 10/10

    This company is an absolute disgrace - 1 star rating is way too high. Please do not touch with a very long bargepole. Took my money immediately for something that was supposed to be in stock. Ignored 5 emails and telephone calls, eventually forcing me to drive over to their store to get a refund from them 50 days later. The owner was not even prepared to meet me. Utter contempt for their customers. Use at your peril.

    I bought a quinny buzz basket and footmuff which was in stock and stated as 4 days delivery time from So Baby.
    The money got debited from my account the next day and 3 weeks later my order is still classed as processing and my emails i send are not replied too. You ring the phone number and just goes to message system. I want to cancel my order because i would not of paid for items if out of stock but i cant even do that.
    What type of company is this?

    I ordered a pushchair and adaptors for my infant carrier 2 weeks ago. Delivery was meant to be 1-7 working days. The money got taken out of my account under the name of www.bigimagination.co.uk on the day that I ordered the products. These items have still not arrived. I have tried constantly phoning and emailing these people and have no response. I have also tried phoning the number for bigimagination but that just rings out. They are a bunch of frauds.     Terrible, unresponsive company! I've placed an order for a present I wanted to give to a good friend for her baby Shower. Present has not yet arrived!!! I've made numerous calls and sent an email but no response whatsoever. Very frustrating - I would not recommend this company to anybody, best to aboid it!

    Awful customer service. Website said the item was in stock, but no delivery arrived for weeks. Didn't respond to emails. Eventually rang the shop, and was told that the manufacturer has failed to deliver the items to them, and that's why the website still says it's in stock when it's not (don't quite follow the logic there). Still waiting for the product to arrive. Would avoid if at all possible.

    They have taken payment but we have had no delivery of item after 4 weeks. Have made numerous attempts to contact (via email / phone) with no success.

    Don't touch this company with a barge pole. I am still waiting on my changing bag to arrive, in spite of the fact it was due to be despatched next day and was supposedly in stock. This was almost 3 weeks ago. I have tried phoning but just get a voicemail where you can't leave a message,and my e-mails have been ignored.

    I'm going to contact trading standards as I'm not convinced I'm ever going to receive it and have been "had".

    I agree with the last review. Sobaby.co.uk is a good site to buy from.

    SoBaby are a nice company, the service was good and the staff were friendly. website is pretty and easy to use too

    Wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time with this company. After nearly 1 month of waiting, no communication despite me sending emails, received an email saying product not available anymore.

    Unfortunately I can not rate SoBaby.co.uk with the zero marks they deserve as the ratings have one star as a minimum. I ordered 3 items with SoBaby in July, they immediately deducted the money from my credit card but did not ship the first item for over a month. At which time I tried to cancel the remainder of the order.     How I wish I had read these So Baby reviews before making my order! I have shopped on line for years & have never ever had so much trouble before - lesson learned for me to check reviews first!

    I ordered £100 of items including Skip Hop Changing bag, swaddling wrap & Izziwotnot blankets. Some of the items were not in stock & I expected a delay but what I experienced was unbelievable!

    The So Baby website is fantastic and the prices for products is excellent, its just a pity that you don't actually receive your goods or are able to contact the company.

    I ordered a Quinny Buzz 4 travel system, which the price seemed to good to be true, however I went ahead away at the start of July. The item was a pre-order but it said 6-8 weeks which was fine.     Like everyone else I have had a poor service from this website. I was called about two weeks after ordering a sheepskin liner to inform me they were out of stock but the lady offered me an alternative which she said she would send that day. Well two weeks later I'm still waiting and like others I'm unable to contact them by phone or email to cancel this order as the phone either rings engaged or goes to answerphone where you can't leave a message.

    Good prices, I have seen the same items at higher prices on other websites. I ordered the fastfold newborn plus pram from sobaby.co.uk for my first child. It took a over a month to be delivered (got it yesterday) and even then I only received part of my order as it was meant to come with the cabriofix car seat. (which I am still waiting for!).

    Having said on the So Baby website that unless otherwise stated goods would be dispatched in 1-4 working days I was really dissapointed that having rearranged my schedule to maximise the chance of being home for delivery my order status was still on processing 6 days later, with no sign of dispatch. I have tried to email the company, with no reply (beyond a 'thank you for your email, we will attempt to respond in 48 hours' type response) and also cannot get through on the phone.     Ordered a Phil and Teds double buggy and according to the website the item is in stock. Also according to the website delivery would be within 4 days of ordering.
    So far the order is still processing, all communication attempts have failed. Phone contact is impossible - only ever goes to voicemail or mailbox is full.

    This is a very small (one person) company and they claim to have had so many orders since Christmas that they were overwhelmed, this coupled with stock problems with our Micralite fastfold meant an 8 week delay. The company is very difficult to contact although they do respond to emails. They were considerably cheaper than other stockists but this 'value' must be weighed up against the time delay.     We placed order with So Baby early January for Quinny Buzz, Dreami carrycot and lumilove nightlight. Nightlight arrived within a matter of days with note saying other items to follow 'ASAP'. We waited nearly 4 weeks then tried to contact Sobaby with the same lack of response as the majority of other reviewers here, i.e. telephone not answered, answer machine full and auto reply to emails.
