    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Communication, Professionalism, Customer Focus all poor in my opinion.


    General comments: FreeStyle Direct Fitted Furniture Specialists failed to deliver whole order. Rarely communicated with us - we had to phone them every time. Never supplied the handles or the top plynth of the units ordered. Never apologised. We had to source the final bits from other suppliers. My advice would be to stay away from this company.
