I never write reviews for any company, but with indiafloristnetwork has been so terrible that I do not know what else to do. I have never felt this sense of helplessness and frustration. I ordered a set of flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my girlfriend. One it never go delivered on her birthday. I tried talking to the customer service reps and they just put me on hold for extended periods with no answer. Finally the gift never got delivered and to top it off they send me an email... Horrible services from this company. Order was placed 24 hour prior to delivery time and payment was made online. This is the worst online service i have ever seen. When I placed the order, i didn't even receive order ID. when I called the support, I have been told that there is no such order and bank people are responsible for the deducted amount. They delivered cake after 2 days of specified day saying they received money for it, where as i have been told there is no payment done till that time. I ordered a cake and paid the money online. After that i got a confirmation mail. After that nothing happened. It is fraud website which does nothing. They just use a payment gateway to rob your money. Believe me they do nothing. Few fraudsters created this website to loot people. I think we all should report it to cyber crime cell. I have booked the Rakhi order on 3rd August 2011 where as it is an international order and was to be delivered on 13th August 2011 they have assured that they are going to deliver it on time . However today is 28th August 2011 it is still not delivered and they say that there is lot of Rakhi rush. This website is completely fraud. They never delivered my order. When I contact them, they told they will ship it soon. But that 'soon never materialized. Their is no tracking system in the website, you need to email them for any query. They never returned my money. I forgot the incident. the flowers delivered were definitely not 50 roses and were definitely far from how it looked in the picture. the cake was not even from 1 star hotel, forget 4 star. fruits were stale. balloon was almost like they picked it from streets. delivery made was 11pm!

My case:
I ordered a product(12 Roses, Teddy and Cadbury Celebration) which costs INR 888.00 on 26th NOV, 2010 and the delivery date is the next day i.e.., on 27th NOV, 2010.
On 27th morning one fellow called me and from this Site and asked to pay an extra amount of INR 280.00 as delivery charges.
And without any second thought I paid that amount also. So, now totally i paid...

Had a very bad experience with India Florist Network while ordering items online. I ordered a rakhi and sweets online,to be dispatched to US.
During the credit card payment process step their application errored and I was not sure if the payment has been realized.
I called up their call center to find out if the payment went through and the order has been confirmed. The agent was extremely rude and did not bother to help. She asked us to find out the details from the credit card issuing...

I live in USA and ordered flowers and gifts listed on the www.indiafloristnetwork.com well in advance. I thought they seemed very unprofessional. Did deliver only 1/3rd of order late evening on the anniversary day. Message sent by me was completely messed up. It had several spelling mistakes and even it was addressed to the wrongly spelled name. Even the 1/3rd item delivered had flowers that looked old, not fresh at all. I have received no response on remaining 2/3rd of items yet. (read more)

India florist network is worst online service ... please never go with this site never ever ... they are not giving delivery on time even they are not receiving your call .. if they receive they are talking worst with customer even not accepting there mistakes ... i sent day before yesterday flowers and sweets but still delivery not done ... i tried to call them minimum 50 times but only 3 times they received my call and they cut my phone ... my order placing time is 1-4 PM 14 Feb ,but @ night 10.30 when i asked for status they told why you provide office address .. delivery ... then why they provide timmings in there site i m to disappointed ..
still my gift not reached to my valentine :(... i had tooooooo bad experience ..
Please i requesting you to all do not go with this site ...
they are even talking toooo badly .. they dont have any tracing system to know your gift status ..
