    india florist network website is such a scam with their promotions and quality of products. I live in Australia and on the eve of my brother's birthday, I used them for delivering him with a wrist watch, flowers and a cake - all at the midnight delivery expense. I am actually fuming right now knowing that my Credit Card has been charged for about $100 and they have not even got an order for me. When I called them to confirm and check on the order, the staff was hard to get to and at last when I got someone, she was extremely rude. All they had to say was that it's the bank fault and they can not do anything about. I strongly suggest not to use these jerks for the most precious moments of your lives and hope their scam is disclosed. Totally hate them.......for a fact, they do not even have their business address in contact us, now that is dodgy!!

    I have booked an order to be delivered on 5th of August 09,but it is still not delivered and the amount has been debited from my account. The India Florist Network customer service is horrible and I've been unable to reach the company. I did not get any response after that. I am trying to complain to internet authorities and indian police.

    Had a very bad experience with India Florist Network while ordering items online. I ordered a rakhi and sweets online,to be dispatched to US.
    During the credit card payment process step their application errored and I was not sure if the payment has been realized.
    I called up their call center to find out if the payment went through and the order has been confirmed. The agent was extremely rude and did not bother to help. She asked us to find out the details from the credit card issuing bank a ...

    I live in the US and tried to send some flowers and chocolates to family. My family never received the gifts, my credit card was billed and never refunded.

    India Florist Network did not deliver the gifts and did not refund me. Horrible customer service. Cannot get a hold of them on the phone either.

    Save your money and shop elsewhere!

    Ferns and Petals --

    I had selected SKU CODE XP8 (12 pink roses exclusively wrapped in pink jute packing) for Rs 499.00 for my Mother's Birthday. And what was delivered was NOWHERE Close!!!

    The rose had already withered and instead of "exclusively wrapped in pink jute packing" it was wrapped in some TACKY and CHEAP cellophane paper !!!. They did not deliver what was shown and when they delivered the flowers they had already withered !!!! totally unacceptable. I want A REFUND and an apology. ...

    I booked a order on 14th of feb,but it is still not delivered up until 20th of feb and the amount has been debited from my account.The customer

    service is horrible and I've been unable to reach the company.The only response i got after a day was that we will look into it but till now nothing has been done.
    I have called them up a 100 times bt max time the phone is out of reach and sometimes when it is reachable nobody picks the phone.Can you imagine a network which says it even delivers in sma ...

    I live in USA and ordered flowers and gifts listed on the www.indiafloristnetwork.com well in advance. I thought they seemed very unprofessional. Did deliver only 1/3rd of order late evening on the anniversary day. Message sent by me was completely messed up. It had several spelling mistakes and even it was addressed to the wrongly spelled name. Even the 1/3rd item delivered had flowers that looked old, not fresh at all. I have received no response on remaining 2/3rd of items yet.
