I have used Euroffice for 7 years (not for furniture, just for office supplies and stationery). Although not necessarily the cheapest, the prices overall are good. I have found the service to be completely reliable and very fast - which for (my) business is very important. There was only ever one problem which was a manufacturing fault with an item, it was replaced next day. From my experience Euroffice has been a model of how mail-order supplies should be. Euroffice supply quality printer paper at a very competitive price. I tried the paper out on my HP laser printer and found the print quality amazing, the 80gsm good enough for quick reports and presentations.   (read more)

This company doesn't need new custom. I tried to order new office equipment for the Chartiy I work for with an order total of over £800.00 and they refused to allow me to set up an account to cover this order. Despite the fact that the registered charity has been trading for over 25 years with an excellent credit rating. Very poor customer service, unhelpful staff, I would not reccommend. Do not use this company if can help it! i ordered and paid for 3 desks for delivery within 5 days, it wasnt until i chased the delivery they advised that they were not sending out because they were damaged in the warehouse - a phone call would have been nice!! (read more)

I signed up for euroffice having found a nice table on there that I liked which would replace a similar older table that I currently have. The table came with a free (low quality) swivel chair which arrived very quickly, but was no real use to me, I wanted the thing I ordered the table. On the surface it looked like next day business delivery. Looking closer I failed to notice the smallprint (will arrive in 3-5 business days). We ordered some office furniture from Euroffice for a new office in our building. The furniture arrived two weeks ago promptly, we unwrapped the furniture put together one item and then set to putting the desks together, unfortunately we had been sent the wrong instructions as they were for another model of desk. We have used Euroffice happily for a couple of years, but I'm afraid they appear to have really lost it recently. Our deliveries have been late, if they arrive at all, and important items have been missing. The customer service staff I've dealt with don't seem to know what they are talking about and have often apparently put the phone down on me (even when I am being very polite). They seem great at apologising, but not at delivering the items I ordered on time.

I ordered an item in mid Sep, got regular emails each one delaying the date of delivery. Eventually I got fed up and cancelled order last week before delivery in mid Oct ! Euroffice accepted cancellation by phone and email BUT the delivery arrived few days later and I had to arrange return. What has annoyed me most is that they debited the money from the Card on day of Order but will not refund the money back until end of October despite Euroffice making the delivery after cancellation. We have used Euroffice for at least a couple of years and have always found them excellent. (And in the past I've written reviews praising them to the hilt, they were so good.) Unfortunately, in the last six months or so I feel their service has really gone down hill. They have let us down four times, on two occasions when we were relying on them for important supplies.

OK, I'm a slow learner, but they used to be so good I was hoping it was just a glitch!

We have used Euroffice for some time now and they are by far and away the best, in terms of reliability and customer service. On the one occasion they did let us down (the courier didn't deliver our order) we phone to complain as the order was urgent and they sent another delivery by taxi on the same day. No mean feat as we live in the middle of nowhere. When so many companies have bad or nonexistent service, decent customer service really stands out and Euroffice are an example of just how... I have ordered approximately 6 times now through the Euroffice website, and each time for different items. Everything has arrived the next day, bar once, when it came after two days, and they gave me a 10% discount for letting me down, which they hardly had!!!!!!

The website is very easy to use, the order processing fast and simple and communications are simple and quick.

Euroffice Stationery offer easy online ordering and friendly customer service over the phone. All stationery orders placed with Euroffice have arrived the next day, including 5 filing cabinets (that were supposed to take 5-7 days). I would highly recommend this company. (read more)
