Arrived in good time but some damage to the box and minor scratched to the chair arms. Assembled fairly easily. Material looks more plastic than leather, not as good looking as the Web image and a dull finish, rather akin to a car dashboard! Despite being flat pack, the whole thing was very well designed and constructed, and strong when finally finished. Best to have someone skilled with tools and diagrams put the desk together as the design is complex and it matters where each bit goes! WARNING: We bought the 4-drawer Solar Deluxe Filing Cabinet but 2 strong men could not carry it up the stairs as it was too heavy and cumbersome. It is 96kg but there is no mention of this on the website or any warning of the impossibility of getting it upstairs. We almost couldn't get it over the front doorstep! Bought the 8 X A4 and 16 X 1 Third A4 wall unit. Very easy to assemble and fit. Then bought the 32 X 1 third A4 wall unit, and again very easy to assemble and fit. Delivery of the second unit was next day. Very impressed. My only concern was that when you hang the pockets onto the wall rail, you then have to put additional screws through the two top end pockets to prevent them from sliding off the end of the rail. We ordered a whiteboard from OfficeFurnitureOnline. As soon as we put up it was BROKEN, either having arrived BROKEN or it was of VERY POOR QUALITY and not fit for purpose. As soon as this occurred we sent photos of the DAMAGED product back to them. They did not offer a refund or a replacement whiteboard. Their staff were very UNHELPFUL and UNCOOPERATIVE. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE in all. I would STRONGLY advise AGAINST using OfficeFurnitureOnline. (read more)

However, to clarify for others reading this review. If a whiteboard is found to be faulty, we would always offer to replace the item. If an item arrives damaged, and you report it within a reasonable time, we would always replace the item. Damages do inevitably occur, but only affect a very small percentage of the total number of deliveries made.

However, if this is a genuine review, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We sell very high quality office furniture, and as such some of the items are quite heavy. A four drawer filing cabinet that is going to last in a commercial environment will be quite a heavy item. However, we do offer an installation service on most of our products, and if the items are going upstairs and a customer feels they may struggle to do this themselves, we would certainly recommend this service. It does state on our website in numerous places, including the basket and checkout, the delivery FAQ's and the terms and conditions that items are delivered to the ground floor entrance unless installation is requested. We sell thousands of filing cabinets each year, and this is the first compalint regarding the weight we have received.
Again, if this is a genuine review, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that you enjoy the goods purchased despite the difficulties with delivery.
