    Bad Points: Not friendly, giving wrong information.


    General comments: I went to my local Kwik Fit and asked them to look at my exhaust as I knew there was a problem. I was informed that the middle section needed to be replaced. Then he also mentioned that the catalytic converter may need to be replaced becuase it is connected to this section of the exhaust. I was quoted £265 in all. I got a second opinion at another local garage and he said the Catalytic converter was a distance from the middle section exhaust and said it probably did not need replacing. I got the work done there for £60! I think Kwik Fit were creating more work to be done to get as much money as possible! I would urge anyone to get a second opinion after going to Kwik Fit or avoid them in the firstplace.
