Had a puncture but have an insurance that pays for replacement tyres and although was the 3rd in 12months just turned up to get the new tire and thought nothing of it. It turned out that there was an undiagnosed wheel alignment fault and steering fault making tyres on the same side wear unevenlly at motorway speed that the dealer fixed. although insured, and in all honesty was skeptical, it turned out that kwik fit knew their stuff and no further punctures! credit where it is due they did do me… Read Full Review

I took my car in for a routine MOT and service whilst 6 months pregnant. I was surprised to get a call saying that my car had "faults" that were "dangerously close to failing" and "borderline legal". I had a worry about one of my tyres from kwik fit when I first got my car and they looked it over couldn't find anything wrong so corrected all my pressures and didn't charge anything. As I was a new driver I was expecting to pay something even though nothing was wrong for their time,so because of this when I did have a nail puncture recently I had no worries about going back to them because I felt they wouldn't rip me off or suggest work that isn't needed… Read Full Review

Bad service ! In website different info from what told me guys in Liverpool kwikfit centre.
They told me - can't change fuel filter for Vectra B 1.8, because no special tool, only can change oil and check brakes. What this is for service if can't change petrol filter ?
Expensive and don't do nothing important for car.
I can change oil for 20 minutes, just lazy. But kwikfit told me - will keep car for 3 hours. :))

I had been to Kwik Fit for a full service (all the previous services were done at a Mercedes show room, I thought I could save some money if I go to Kwik Fit) and my battery needed replacing. The ABS-BSR light was on in my dash board indicating there was something wrong with my brakes. I got a call saying that I had to replace all the brake pads and discs as they were worn out and the ABS-ABR light could be turned off. They charged me £900 (£500 for brake set, tyres and a battery). After they… Read Full Review
