    Good Points: Kwik Fit based in Hanley, Stoke on Trent dealt with my broken exhaust within 40 minutes, whilst I sat and relaxed reading the newspaper (no pre-booking), friendly and courteous staff.


    Bad Points: None.


    General comments: Given what I read about Kwik Fit I was hesitant about using them but thought I'd give it a go and form my own opinion based on the service I received, which turned out to be very good. I'd definitley use them again.
