    Do not rent with Braemore if you want to get your depoit back at the end of your tennancy aggreement.
    We have been fighting to get ours back since November 2008!
    Everytime we ring up to speak to the lady in charge of returning our deposit we are told she is busy or out of the office and will call us back asap. I have sent letters, as well as called and am yet to get even the shorest of responses.

    If you want to rent a property, just avoid braemore gency. They are just liars and thieves. I have never had any problem with any owner before but they never come to make the repairs noticed during the first visit while they make a commitment to make them before you move in. They make them, but when you leave the apartment, too tired to phone every weeks to have the repairs done, at your expenses by saying that you are responsible for damages! Plus extra repairs such as change the carpet because ...

    Agents can be completely useless but I must admit Braemore are one of the better ones. They are pretty quick at getting maintenance issues dealt with and when our shower broke we had a new one within a couple of days, I thought that was fast.
