We have two children aged 4 and 7 and visited the Crealy Park in Cornwall on August 13th 2009 and were very disappointed. We thought it was overpriced for the quality of the attractions which were old (one kept breaking down), tired and badly planned. Lots of slides in smelly, airless areas with badly planned layout eg sacks to sit in were never by the appropriate slide. Lots of extra cost once in too eg mini tractors. The food choice is poor - just greasy stuff with badly planned cafe layout. The whole place needs revamping (peeling paint everywhere) and cleaning (over flowing bins, dirty toilets). We didn't expect the quality of rides you get at Legoland but compared with somewhere like Paultons Park in Hampshire or Fishers Farm in Sussex it was very poor for the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

My son (who is 8) and I had a few days away in Cornwall and looking at all the brochures in the attractions rack, the one for Cornwall's Crealy Adventure Theme Park really stood out as a fun, all-weather and was good value for a day out. We had a fantastic day. The Park was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rides were amazing. My son loved every moment and played and played. He especially enjoyed the outdoor play areas with the zip wires and slides. We both throughly enjoyed t ...

Went to Crealy Adventure Theme Park with two sons aged 8 and 12 - not as good as the other Crealy -this is not a place for white knuckle rides, but ok if your children have got low excitement thresholds - good for younger kids who like slides - my 8 year old was not thrilled by most of the rides he went on here - but thought the water coaster was OK but not that fast

downpoint for us was my oldest son's trainers were taken from indoor play area - thanks for that! - so keep an eye on yours!

Having just been to crealy cornwall we had a really good day out. the kids loved the wet rides and animals and i think that the earlier comments about value are wrong as the entry price lets you come back for a week for free if get a wristband (which is free) before you leave. We will be going back to see dora the explorer tomorrow (one of my sons favourite characters) and it will be free to get in as we have already paid once, which i think is pretty good value, especially if you are here on ho ...

The park has various animal sections that very young children would enjoy. However, I think that the fee of £10.95 per person is not at all worth it as from what I could see there are only 4 rides that can be enjoyed by children over 7 yrs old and everyone pays the same fee.
Will not be going back and will be writing to the Cornwall Tourist Board to review their advertising of this attraction.

Crealy (Cornwall) is one of the better theme parks in Cornwall, great for the family. All rides are are suitable for most ages (we have sons 3 and 6 and they enjoy everything here, except 3 year old too small for The Beast).
The Beast is the newest ride, a 15m tower drop, brilliant for all ages if over 92cm, not scary but fun, The Viking Ship will make your belly tickle, Victoria Falls will get you soaked, Raging Rivers will get your heart pumping and you may get wet.
Plenty of indoor fun if ...

Also worth noting - if you're in Cornwall - get yourself to Cornwall's Crealy - very similar to Devon's Crealy but with some differences....
Both parks have got really good rides, great water rides in the summer and loads to do even when its wet.
Very god value for money - but even better if you visit all day.
Amenties are great - nice toilets...very clean parks...food is reasonable and theres agood variety of healthy options, homecooked food and burger treats!!

This is a, excuse the pun, Crealy fun day out. It encompasses all you would want in a day out, including sacking, slides, water and getting drenched. Also you can touch animals. Great enjoyment to be had from this, from both parties. The only thing is though, the Realms are interwoven, we wanted to stand one foot within Adventure Realm and one in Wild Water Realm but this was just not possible, which made our grandson cry. I might add. This is a testament to how fun Crealy is, we are still buzzi ...

We have been going to Crealy Adventure Theme Park in Devon for many years, and for the past 2 years in Cornwall. The summer is our favourite time to visit because of all the water rides, and there is lots of room to sunbathe and picnic. But there's lots of room undercover in both too. This year, the kids liked the new African roundabout. I liked the smoothies and the new sundeck in Devon. Last time we were in Cornwall, a Shire foal had just been born which was HUGE, especially compared to the mi ...
