Having ordered a watch a month ago, it still has not arrived. After initially saying that the movement on the product allocated to me was faulty, they said that the watch would come straight from the manufacturer. The watch still hasn't arrived. It is up to me to keep chasing Nigel O'Hara for updates, with no information forthcoming from their customer service team.
