    Leger coach holiday to Krk Island and the Croation Riviera. We were not impressed with the coach pickups to get us down to Dover to the interchange,they were very time consuming and to our mind not very cost effective the same with the return journey home.However it has to be said that once on our tour coach and on our way we were well looked after and well informed by our two drivers, they were both excellent and a credit to their boss. The journey down to the resort is a long one 3 days there and back and it was made as interesting as possible by them. Once there at the resort the hotel Jadran was clean and comfortable and the only let down was the food. We have been to Croatia before and have stayed in six hotels last year and the food was 100% better so we were dissapointed at the Jadrans offering. The area is a good base for touring and sightseeing and of course relaxing by the sea or on a boat trip to the nearby islands. Eating out is very good and competetive and laid back. Two of the optional trips were not run one because of the windy conditions at sea the other lack of interest but other alternatives were found for those who wanted them. On the whole the trip was very good we had a good laugh and plenty of banter !!!

    We have found the trips with Leger very pleasant and affordable. The crews are coach drivers and not tour guides so any commentary is a bonus and apparently not part of their job description. Be especially careful to read what is included and what will be offered as an optional excursion. Naturally for this industry, there has to be a benefit for the crew in customers taking the optionals. I especially recommend the history tours - very informative history guides on board, like minded compa ...
