    I cannot find the words to describe how bad labyrinth properties ltd are, all i can say from personel experience is that i can't understand how they survive as a business when their customer service is beyond dire. I have lived in a Bovis built home for the last 5 years, and labyrinth are the management company which are supposed to maintain the area. I pay a monthly standing order to them which i have never missed, but every now and again i get letters asking for money owed, and everytime i call them they admit their mistake but it still keeps happening. I also have had a leak in my roof for the last 4 months which has still not been repaired. When you call them they either don't answer or the person you need to speak to is never in the office, but if you leave a message nobody ever calls back. They are useless, i will be glad when i sell my house and have no more to do with them.

    CALL THEMSELVES A MANAGEMENT COMPANY AGREE WITH ALL OTHER COMMENTS STILL WAITING 4 AND A HALF YEARS FOR THEM TO SORT A LEGAL PROBLEM NO COMMON SENSE

    Labyrinth Properties are without doubt one of the worst companies you could possibly have the misfortune to deal with.They are very good at issuing yearly invoices and chasing for payment, unfortunately that's where the efficiency ends, they never reply to letters, emails or phone calls.

    Labyrinth is the worst management company possible. The inaction in dealing with straightforward problems is amazing. If I phone them about a problem I am told "what do you expect me to do about it, you live in a dogy area" Their attitude stinks!!!!Left my flat flooded for 4 months and refused to do anything about it because they said they didn't have the money. No regard for mt health even though I was sleeping on the sofa with water coming through the electric sockets.Then I had to move out t ...

    Bovis instructed Labyrinth Properties Ltd to act on our bahalf, we have no information on what they should provide, they deny responsibility, won't provide written confirmation of handover and left the building uninsured but charged tennants for a premium.

    Block of 24 flats only transferred to Labyrinth due to marketing literature. All of which has fallen short in reality. Initially the representative assigned to our block worked hard to clear up accounts and the mess left by previous management company, but she left and her replacement is completely useless. Quotes sometimes take months and months... financial information has to be chased occasionally.
