    Furniture123 delivered a bedside table instead of a dressing table and the wrong stool. When this was brought to their attention by email (they do not have a number to call) they agreed to refund but no acknowledgement has been made or any apology ever been forthcoming (2 1/2 months on) for delivering 2 incorrect items out of 3. The range is now discontinued so we have asked for a refund - and currently waiting 9 days after the furniture was collected. Absolutely shoddy customer service - avoid!!

    ordered a chair in cream colour by mistake emailed them to say that i had done that emailed me back to say that they would alter on there side still received the cream one tried contacting them for two weeks still not received a reply to any of my emails

    This company mentions free delivery on their website but really the truth is that they have allowed more than enough for the delivery charge in their products price.

    I was searching for shoe racks on the net and Furniture123 were advertising a metal 3 drawer shoe cabinet for £116.98 with free delivery. However I found exactly the same shoe cabinet on another furniture site for £59.95+delivery charge of £12.95= £72.90, which was almost £44 cheaper!!! Furthermore ...
