Display had been saying "no card detected", a new card would have been at least £150 pounds, this service was £30 and a refund if it didn't work, so a no brainier really, fantastic service and key now works again, very happy. I came across this review site when googling options/ answers when my key card suddenly stopped working and wouldn't unlock/ start my Megane. This must be the first time I have made the effort to review an online service. Both keys in my Megane were pretty much broken and getting in/out of the car and starting it was becoming a pain. well, what can i say. i bought a scenic which had 2 keycards. 1 would start the car but no buttons worked and the case was cracked. the other opened the doors but only intermittantly. i sent of the cracked card, and for £40 i got a new case and new buttons. the card works flawlessly. its now my main card. i may even send off the other one for new buttons to be on the safe side. what a service, got the card back within 3 days. thank you gary you genious! Keycard would unlock but not lock car & had tell tale rattle indicating a switch had come loose. I posted my keycard off at 2.13pm on a Thursday & got it back on the Saturday, fully working! Absolutely fantastic!!! I had repaired one of the keycards, but just cut the plastic off the 'Lock' button to get to the switch. It was not easy & looked unsightly. I emailed the company to ask them how they repaired the key and whether it was worth me sending mine through with the problem I had (card not recognised in slot) and they responded very quickly with a detailed response. Our Scenic came up with a 'card not detected' error. We called Renault who wanted £200 for a new key which would take 2 weeks for delivery and we would have to get the car to the garage. I, like many that have posted on here, was very cautious about using this service but took comfort in the protection offered through paypal. I paid £25 via paypal, posted the key for my Renault Espace by recorded delivery and it arrived back within a couple of days by recorded delivery. The key works fine now and, because only some components were replaced, there is no need for reprogramming. It does feel slightly different to press but that is no issue. I fully recommend this. Like many of the other reviews I was slightly dubious about sending my only key away to be repaired after it came up with the dreaded "card not detected". Payed slightly more to get it sent back by special delivery but well worth it, Sent my card on the monday had it back first thing thursday.
They were lacking a bit in communication but i cant fault the quality and speed of the repair.
I also had a crack in the key which they fixed for no extra cost. Overall can't recommend them enough.

What a welcome relief to find someone other than renault who can fix what is usually a repair exclusive to main dealers. I'm naturally suspicious about sending my car key to anyone, but this firm is a genuine professional honest outfit. My key would only lock my espace.
