I purchased the Logitech Harmony One Remote having previously owned the "One4All Xsight Touch".
The remote itself is ergonomically designed and has most of the 'hard' buttons you would want however in my opinion I do think it is missing the colour buttons (red, blue, green, yellow) which are often used Sky, teletext, etc.), but these can of course be programmed on the touch screen.
The setup up is very easy if you have newer devices, but a little more involved for older devices. The software... (read more)

The Universal Remote is the best I have ever come across. The small touch screen is great to customise and easy to use. When you buy the remote you get a CD that you install on your PC, then follow the instructions. First it will ask you to fill in some forms which then program it for your devices. Once this is done you then set up activities like "Watch TV", "DVD" etc.... This can be done with an Automatic list, but if you wish to setup "Watch TV" twice for say 2 different TV's or one to...
