    Good Points: Good selection of items


    General comments: Horrible company to deal with form what i experienced! I placed an order on 11/18/08. They charged my credit card on the same day. Everything showed in stock & would ship by the 20th. I still haven't received notification of my items shipping on 11/26. I called to cancel & they say they can't because it's shipping, but it I haven't received any notification of my order shipping. I've called customer service & they say there is no reason why it won't ship. Basically give me answers to get me off the phone. I have to go through my credit card company to get my money back because they're basically holding on to my money & not shipping anything to me or letting me know my items are on backorder. My credit card company says it will take 30 days to get it resolved. Don't use this company!
