Horrible company to deal with form what i experienced! I placed an order on 11/18/08. They charged my credit card on the same day. Everything showed in stock & would ship by the 20th. I still haven't received notification of my items shipping on 11/26. I called to cancel & they say they can't because it's shipping, but it I haven't received any notification of my order shipping. I've called customer service & they say there is no reason why it won't ship. Basically give me answers to get me... (read more)
