  I have been a King & Allen customer for several years and have always found both the service and the product to be excellent. I have tried other bespoke tailors in the past and none compare on the overall balance of design, quality, price and responsiveness to needs or problems. One of the best aspects of King & Allen is the contemporary look of the suits - this is London chic and in some ways reminds me of a bespoke Ted Baker! Many people have commented on the cut and overall impact of these suits when I wear them and can't believe it when I tell them how much they cost. In terms of service, I have never had any problems and any minor alternations or issues are always dealt with promptly and without question. I have met both of the founders of the company and found them to be accessible and concerned about their customers and the impact of their products. Overall, I would recommend King & Allen without hesitation and have done so to many friends and associates.

  My experience of the service and product offered by King and Allen was excellent, and i am baffled to read some of the thoughts below. I have a great quality suit at a great price and was dealt with with charm and expertise. I can only recommend them.

  In the last year I have had the benefit of buying three suits (one a dinner suit) from King and Allen. I found the service to be excellent, both on fitting days and from the excellent Customer Services Manager Charlotte. Full communication, very prompt delivery, every detail attended to. I expected high standards and received it . The backroom tailors have accomodated my ever changing waistline without complaint.   Contrary to other reviews on this site, I have found King & Allen to be both extremely professional and helpful.
  
  The suit was measured, and the member of staff doing the measurement was knowledgeable and personable. It was not a pushy sales meeting, and they didnt try to swamp me with lots of extra's - I just got exactly what I asked for.
  
  I was expecting to have 2 or 3 fittings until the suit was right, but it was a perfect fit first time.

  Expert tailoring is something every gentleman should experience. I was most to surprised to read the negative reviews on this site about King & Allen, so as a gentleman myself, I thought I would post my excellent experience with this company in order to add some balance to the story.

  I had the same types of issues as everyone else. I turned up at one fitting and the suit wasn't even there, which cost me a trip all the way across town. The worst thing however is the quality of the cloth, I didn't realise it at the time but it is full of polyester. When you wear the suit polyester threads start to appear all over the place, making you look like you bought the suit from tesco. All the buttons on my suit have already fallen off too.   Having bought a gorgeous suit from House of Fraser, off the peg, a couple of months ago I thought I I could do even better and would use some of my recent bonus from work on a couple of bespoke suits so, I found King & Allen's details on Google and decided to get in contact.

  Can only agree with Jimmy above. Great marketing and friendly people but when the suit arrived from King and Allen -
  
  Badly made and finished.
  Poor quality cloth.
  
  Went back for several alterations in the end I gave up wasting my time. Now only wear the suit under a coat.
