bought a maternity coat for my daughter it was massive,sent it back,after a couple of weeks e-mailed them about my refund. they received the coat back, and said it would take another couple of weeks to get my refund back. It never came,got on to my credit card provider who told me to send all the details which I did.My credit card provider refunded me the money and said they would investigate this company and try to get there money back. I should have read the reviews on other websites and thenI would not have touched this company with a barge pole.

As per other reviews elsewhere on the the internet, the quality of the items are very poor. The delivery was timely, however, on returning the item due to poor quality, the company pretend they haven't received it. This company are known for it, and make you claim against the royal mail for the returned items. If you must buy from this company, and I suggest you don't, please make sure your returns are tracked!
