    Good Points: Great Website Marketing ! Pity it did not reflect in the delivery of the goods. Still waiting for the order I requested. Nor did it follow through very well giving me the tracking details of the order from their courier company to allow for customer to directly track order.


    Bad Points: There is no phone number you can speak to a real voice on the customer support end, instead its an online text chat. Requested order tracking details and confirmation of reciept of the courier company and currently still waiting !


    General comments: I will wait to see if this order actually turns up ! Based on the customer experience so far it is very unlikely this customer will make any further orders with scottish hampers

    I have ordered 3 hampers from Scottish Hampers for different occasions over the last month and each time found the service to be excellent, the food was a lot better than some of the other rubbish I have had in hampers in the past and i will definitely be ordering from them in the future
