Contented Little Baby Book of Weaning is worth a read and can really help in the area where no one else seems willing to tell you how to approach it! It has clear and easy to follow guidelines with recipes and simple instructions. Having already followed the contented baby routines, I found this really easy to use and my daughter seems very happy and well on her way to eating a healthy balanced and nutritious diet. Like any of the books, the slightly 'preachy' tone can be a bit waring but if you look at the routines and not the way that the case studies are written, it has a lot of sound advice.
