    Good Points: Holding power, Looks, weight, functionality


    Bad Points: Late release - I had to wait for it to come on sale


    General comments: I had the predecessor to this item and it was very good, but i lost it and never replaced it until I heard of the new reverso3 being released. The new design allows for the rope to be released when in 'guide' mode where the old Reverso, you couldn't. It is very light, much lighter than Black Diamond's ATC Guide and much better looking too. The holding power is much greater than its predecessor and much more than some other devices i have used. In summary, a very good product and worth every penny.
