I called to ask for a letter of explanation. No letter received. I call again and no letter but an email to say you can't send letters. So, more days go by without the letter. What was the letter about. An explanation for a refund sent for an overpayment on an account closed well over a year ago. I am surprised you are still in business. For some reason from May 15, there was an issue with my bill I had spoken and emailed a number of people to resolve this issue, and no one ever got back to me and no one ever resolved this issue, until today. I spoke to  the person I dealt with within 30 minutes he called me back left a message to say he had resolved my issue, then also emailed me a revised copy of the new bill. I moved into a property and wasn't aware of who the energy supplier was so called up as I had received a bill that felt too expensive. I rand the first time and spoke to someone who denied my request to be put on the DD tariff. So I then spoke to someone else on live chat who was also unhelpful. I then rang again today to make a complaint and one of your team members really helped me out. From my first bill to the last I have never been able to understand or agree the amounts charged. I was worried about not paying enough and upped my direct debit, but was still left anxious because of inaccurate billing. Customer service has got better, but billing is still very poor. “Mix-up over transfer of supply”

I have been satisfied with Spark previously. However, I arranged to transfer the electricity and gas supply for my son's new flat in London, for which I pay the utilities, and after some time my own supplier notified me that someone else was taking over from them. Spark had made a mistake and my electricity supply had already been transferred before I was aware, which is causing more trouble in getting it back again. I have over the years used many different energy suppliers with mixed success/failure in regard to billing issues.Spark are no different despite my hopes.The big 6 never surprise me but this is a small outfit by comparison.I built up a credit balance of £2000 in less than two years.Not wishing to fund a supplier any longer I moved.After many attempts to bill me correctly the debt collectors were called off and I await a credit back to my account.Not a happy experience!!!!!!!!!!!!… Read Full Review

We queried a mistake on our invoice. We had been overcharged (almost 3 times the true total). This meant you had increased our monthly standing order.We spotted the mistake and reported it with questions about conversion rates and why we had not received the expected price reduction announced earlier in the year.
