    Good Points: None

Bad Points: A total waste of time & money

General comments: Stopped smoking with Allan Carr 2 years ago, so was very excited when I heard about the 'Allen Carr's Easyweigh to Lose Weight' weight loss system, book to go to a seminar. What a waste of money, expected to come out as motivated as I was with the stop smoking, instead came out totally deflated. My mother & I both did it for a month & lost nothing. Feel terrible as i persuaded my mother to pay the money & come with me.

Allen Carr's Easyweigh to Lose Weight is an awesome book. I have never tried a diet ( a real one) In January I was 11st 12 and couldnt get into a pair of size 14 jeans. Picked up this book in a second hand bookstore and the weight has dropped off. i now weigh 10st 3 and am a size 10. I never thought I would see size 10 again in my life and am thrilled. Thank You Allen Carr.

Allen Carr's Easyweigh to Lose Weight book is a little bit like a suspense thriller. You wait and wait for the solution and then you find it was staring you in the face all the time although some of the common sense is clouded by dodgy logic.
Some good tips that actually seem to make a difference.
    Fruit for breakfast? Wonderful!

I chose to read this book because i stopped smoking and put on 8 pounds. I know i'll never smoke again and have every faith that I ll lose those eight pounds thanks to him.

Wow! I love the simplicity, the common sense, no nonsense approach and the fact that if you follow, not Allen Carr's instructions, but Mother Nature's, the excess weight will come off easily and without effort! Excellent. I love this book!

Fantastic. This book does what it says- helps you lose weight easily. Alan Carr helped me stop smoking 11 years ago, so I thought I would give Easy weigh a go. Have followed his ideas for two weeks now- I've lost half a stone, gone from 15 stone 7 to 15 [I'm 6foot, 37 yr old male], I have gone from feeling slightly tired most of the time, to being full of energy, and know I will be loosing a lot more weight soon. Follow his guidelines - it works.

Don't buy it if you want a literary masterpiece. ...

An easy book to read really just stating the obvious. But there again its sometimes the obvious we can't see.

Allen Carr's Easyweigh to Lose Weight is easy to read, once I started reading I could not put it down. Lost weight in the first week, feel more energised, sleep better, eat better: excellent, if everyone followed this way of eating, nobody would feel unhappy with their body x

In his book, Allen Carr talks about what we all already know! But the key is that we never actually think about what we already know! Thanks to his books I can now relate anything I do to his easy way.

Allen Carr's Easyweigh to Lose Weight is repetitive, badly written and in my opinion very badly researched. Should have stuck to getting people off the fags.
