My son as an individual didn't adhere to any suggestions from The No-cry Sleep Solution, except the -"change things up and see what works for you" - in the end, my son has to cry briefly before falling asleep - other wise he will go to sleep much later and wake at the same time, resulting in cranky baby days to follow.
