Good Points: SO easy to follow. I lost 60 pounds and my husband lost 40. He wasn't even TRYING, just ate what was in the house.
Bad Points: None
General comments: We followed the green foods religiously, very rarely swaying from the principles in the book. The G.I. Diet: The Easy, Healthy Way to Permanent Weight Loss is very easy to follow using the red, yellow and green food philosophy. Once you have your kitchen filled with the right foods, you're almost guaranteed success!
