We followed the green foods religiously, very rarely swaying from the principles in the book. The G.I. Diet: The Easy, Healthy Way to Permanent Weight Loss is very easy to follow using the red, yellow and green food philosophy. Once you have your kitchen filled with the right foods, you're almost guaranteed success!
