My brother started to use this method first. We were all sceptical so just waited to see what happened. results are what count. This is the best weight loss plan in the world, in my opinion. Its is NOT a diet, it is an eating plan which, when you understand it, turns on the body's own ability to burn fat. And burn fat you do...epecially belly fat. I lost 11 lbs in the first two weeks, but it was not the scales that told me the plan was working, it was my clothes. This diet is so easy, I've not been hungry during the diet & it's true that yur sweet/carb craving do subside very quickly. I do have a query though, I lost a few pounds in the first two weeks & have now stopped loosing & don't know why. At first I didn't eat the 1 slice of bread & now I do so perhaps I should stop that again? I like a glass of wine or two but I thought tht was ok.Can anyone advise me what I may have done to upset the fab weight loss I was achiving.

Was wonderful to understand what the diet was about and how the body utilizes food stuffs.
I enjoyed the recipes, but had a difficult time converting to our measurements in Canada.

This diet really does work! Ive done it in the past and lost a significant amount of weight. And im back on it again to lose my baby weight and in less than a week have lost 5lbs.
The meals are nutritious and can be adapted for all the family. Once you get over the first few days of wanting to eat all things sweet and carby, then you feel really full of energy and not hungry at all! It really does make you think that a lot of the time we eat just for the sake of eating,not because we need too. (read more)

Charles Clark, The New High Protein Diet: How to Lose Fat the Quicker, Safer, Easier Way - And Never Go Hungry - I also bought this book at the Asda for £3.97. This book has totally changed my life! I used to be a size 22/24. I am now a size 16/18 (more 16 now). Several of my friends have gone on it and are also being extremely sucessful. People cannot believe I am the same person. But, after the first couple of days I really got into the swing of it, and I don't eat meat! I will give this book 10 out of 10. I bought the Charles Clark's The New High Protein Diet from Asda for £3.97. Why didn't I see this book before. The weight is coming off and I feel great.
