Good Points: Really easy to follow - got some great recipes which are easy to adapt if you didn't like a particular ingredient. Helps you to get a great understanding of the way the diet works, essential to help you plan your meals. Isnt confusing like other diets tried in the past.
Bad Points: Some of the ingredients are quite expensive and hard to get hold of.
General comments: This diet really does work! Ive done it in the past and lost a significant amount of weight. And im back on it again to lose my baby weight and in less than a week have lost 5lbs.
The meals are nutritious and can be adapted for all the family. Once you get over the first few days of wanting to eat all things sweet and carby, then you feel really full of energy and not hungry at all! It really does make you think that a lot of the time we eat just for the sake of eating, not because we need too.

The plan is very easy to follow; I recommend friends to read it thoroughly before they start it so they ...

Charles Clark, The New High Protein Diet: How to Lose Fat the Quicker, safer, Easier Way - And Never Go Hungry - I didn't realise that carbs are so addictive! But, after the first couple of days I really got into the swing of it, and I don't eat meat! I didn't follow many of the meal suggestions for that reason, preferring to do my own stir frys with quorn or tofu, salads, omelettes and making my own soups. I did not struggle at all and ejoyed it immensely. It was only an experiment/challenge ...

I will give this book 10 out of 10. I bought the Charles Clark's The New High Protein Diet from Asda for £3.97. Why didn't I see this book before. The weight is coming off and I feel great. Everybody is commenting on how well I have done and I keep telling them that there is no effort going in to it. 3 of my friends have started and they have lost weight. I think the book is great. I have tried every diet going, but this one is for me. I used to be size 22, now I'm down to 16, my target is ...
