09/11/08.Myself and fiance ate here and were completely disgusted with the service from one particular female staff member who assumed we wanted the bill when we simply wanted to order 2 more drinks before we ate our meal. She did'nt bring the drinks but stood around joking with her colleague at the bar and avoided any eye contact with us until we had to get another waitress.(Restaurant was not busy at the time).When i asked for the bill,they had entered the £10 service on top off the £89 bill and told me it was automatically done.I told them to remove it,paid the bill and left without so much as a goodbye.I hope the manger reads this.Hint.Customer service in your next team meeting.
