I had the 10ft 3Metre version on which the line guides got lose very fast.
Having the rod professionally re-ringed would have cost more than the purchase price so sold it as damaged on eBay. (read more)

I really liked the fact that this rod packed away into such a small package. This is the only reason I persevered with it.

After the first session, half of the line guides had come loose (they are the glue-on variety). I removed them all, and re-glued them with epoxy (removing the butt ring completely as it was far too close to the reel seat). This improved things a bit.
