Bad Points: Stilton seemed sweaty and excessively brown meaning too much had to be thrown away. Not the best value way to buy this item.
General comments: Dukeshill Fine Food - Small Witshire Ham was well cured and the instructions were easy to follow by someone not used to handling so much meat at one time. The ham fitted on one shelf in the frige and was useful and generous gift lasting throughout the Christmas period last year, looks set to do the same this year (2008).
The delivery is efficient and the food, apart from the Stilton, is a sample of country life that is worth while and in the case of a present most welcome.
