    We booked our Anniversary weekend in Sept. 2009 The Bathroom with it's blue suite was filthy. The bath plughole was caked in hair and the shower was a wee rubber hose that you put on the bath taps. There was no heating so we were given a portable convector that was a fire hazard 'cause the stabilizing feet were broken off the heater and just propped on the top. Shearings have had my complaint for over a month but as yet can not be bothered to sort out my completely disappointing experience. NEVER AGAIN WITH SHEARINGS

    The Tarbet, Loch Lomond is a great hotel. We have stayed there on a number of occasions and fully intend to return. We were made very welcome and the staff was brilliant. The food is great. Altogether a terrific break.
