    Good Points: Friendly initially when you sign the tenancy agreement.


    General comments: Walk dirt through your flat when they show new tenants around.
    Make up issues in checkout inventory that do not exist so that you have to pay money to the landlady, otherwise you will not get your deposit back.
    Definitely stay clear if you are renting, unless you want to pay lots of money on checkout for cleaning of items you did not dirty or repairing of stuff you did not break, or replacement of stuff you know to have left.
