    I bought two squash rackets direct from their London shop. Had to order the second racket and it arrived two days late. Upon collection, payment transaction had to be done in their office by someone who came across as a trainee and took fifteen minutes. The store guy was too busy to serve and blunt when I enquired about my order. Really bad customer service that made me feel awkward and wished I'd went elsewhere. Small selection of rackets too, shop elsewhere.

    I ordered a badminton racket from Sweatband.com on the 15th March 2009. One month and 3 emails later I still have no racket and also no response either.
    This company simply do not answer your emails.
    I would recommend that you save yourself the bother and shop elsewhere.
