Good Points: Practical, written by someone who has had weight challenges, safe, holistic, great recipes, easy exercises, totally unique approach to yoga, motivating - great book
Bad Points: None
General comments: If you want to lose weight this is the only book you need - Celia Hawe, Yoga for Slimmers: The 4-Week Weight-Loss Programme for Body, Mind and Spirit. It is the best book on losing weight and living a holistic life I have ever read.
