They had a maintenance on their website yesterday. Today I noticed they have increased their administration fee by nearly 100% from £59 to £99. disgusting. I am now double minded to buy a car from them or recommend a friend.- Read Guest's review (37 words)

Cheap cars = Cheap service.
We have had nothing but problems with the car and with customer services. The 141-pt check is a joke - they missed so many things, but are not keen to put things right now they have our money. Just one broken promise after another. The car needs over £1000 spending on it. We would never recommend Auto Quake.- Read Guest's review (62 words)

I found buying a car from Auto Quake very simple. Plenty of pictures to view and all details given, any questions asked promptly. I opted to collect my car the staff were very friendly and helpful. I saved nearly £600 compared to a local car dealers I visited. The no quibble 7 day money back guarantee gave me peace of mind, I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.- Read Guest's review (71 words)

Autoquake is an online service and they provide brilliant information about the cars on their site, Finance and delivery of the cars.
There were lots of photographs online so that you can look all round the car, inside and out, the log book, keys etc. Should you want to talk to someone, staff are really friendly and easy to talk to providing excellent information.
When I went to look at the car that I had reserved online, there were more scratches, albeit superficial, than described on the ...- Read Guest's review (264 words)

No pressure whatsoever from sales staff at auto quake, they're not on commission. The refundable £100 up front was concerning but the car was described exactly so I bought it at over £1000 below book price, you get a weeks free insurance so you can drive it away straight away. My car was high mileage but full history and 6 Month left on warranty so all in all a very happy customer, I would buy from them again no problem.- Read Guest's review (79 words)

Autoquake make car buying safe and simple with their professional web site, attitude to customers and service. I saved in the region of £800 on my purchase compared to an identical year and model from a local dealer plus their car had 30000 on the clock to the 17800 on Autoquakes.
Autoquake were happy for me to have my car checked out locally where a small fault was found which Autoquake arranged to have put right within 2 days.- Read johnnieg's review (76 words)

Did research, very impressive priced cars. Excellant site and 50 detailed photos of each car. Nearly went for having a car delivered to my home but it was first experiance with Auto Quake so opted for 100 mile drive to inspect and buy. Not disappointed and still got a 7 day return guarantee. My car was approx £2700 below glass's dealer asking price.New concept as company doesnt own the cars but only gets a percentage of the sale if they sell within a certain time (3-4 weeks i think). No ...- Read burgh1's review (201 words)

Autoquake makes buying a car like shopping for groceries online. You see what you want, reserve it, you pick it up (or they drop it off), if you don't like it (within 7 days) you give it back. No fuss no pressure how every purchasing experience should be. Only downfall is no outlet in NorthWest but I'm sure they're looking into that. (M60 corridor lads).- Read IPM's review (87 words)

I live in N.Ireland, which is a small area compared to GB so there is a limited pool of good used cars to choose from.
I have ben looking for a 3 or 4 year old Peugeot Partner for the last 6 months but could only find one 4 yr old with 54,000 miles for £5850.
i stumbled on to Autoquake via Ebay and seen a 3yr old with 23,000 mles for £4,200 and with a full service history!!!!
Needless to say, I jumped at this immediately, and flew to Birmingham and drove it to the ferry and home at ...- Read Guest's review (224 words)
