Good Points: People are so different that "one size does not fit all". It is impossible and why "diets" do not work. It makes complete sense from a physiological standpoint. It reads easily, the meal plans are very easy to follow, it also addresses the other important components of a fit and heathy lifestyle that also must be in place along with the nutritional protocols. It is supported by sound science.
Bad Points: There weren't any. The book was so fascinating I just wish it had been longer or gone into even more depth from a physiological standpoint.
General comments: I am 48 years old, hold a BS and am a Certified Personal Trainer and CSCS. I ate right and exercised; but I wasn't eating "correctly" for my metabolic type. I have felt slightly out of balance my whole life. After 1 month, I feel feel better than I ever have in my life. Energy is steady and significantly increased, emotions and moods are stable, mental acuity is razor sharp and I feel like I have transcended. The book changed my life and can others if they are willing to apply it.
