    Good Points: Honest pre-sales help, taking as long as you need. Freephone line too!


    Bad Points: The website information could be a bit out-of-date. A pity that UK companies insist upon using the telephone as the only method of supplying the latest information and pricing. The only obvious drawback in the present economic climate is that one wouldn't ever know if any company was on the verge of folding financially.


    General comments: The pre-sales information I got from Back Care Beds was quite comprehensive, admitting that certain parts were of Chinese manufacture (like all the rest, even though most companies won't admit it)! Plentiful advice regarding suitability, sizing, dimensions, etc. Delivery options include delivery-only, self-assembly, which is what I went for. All quite straightforward. Website provides illustrated instructions, with backup phone help available too. I'm pleased with the end result and feel that I've had as decent value for money as I could find. Friendly and helpful delivery, timed to suit domestic schedule.
