“USELESS”
BOOKED DAY BEFORE AND PHONED HALF AN HOUR BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET KEPT ON PHONING NO ANSWER ARRIVED NO ONE THERE WAITED HALF AN HOUR PARKED IN SHORT TERM PARKING COST £210 INSTEAD OF £30 AFTER CHECK IN USED A FRRIENDS PHONE AND THEY ANSWERED STRAIGHT AWAY FIRST STARTED TO DENY THE TIME WE AGREED, BUT WHEN I REMINDED THAT I GAVE THE FLIGHT NUMBER AGREED TO THE LET DOWN. “Impressed 1st time I used E.V.P but Upset and Angry...”
I booked with E.V.P in Nov 2011 and found this company to be brilliant, very easy and polite staff. My car was used appropriatley and only covered 4miles round trip from Airport to Car Park. However, when I decided to use E.V.P again 1 month later, I was let down terribly. My car had been used by someone privatley and clocked 23 miles on its clock. I always check my clock before I leave my car and its a good job I did. Nobody will speak to me and tell me the truth, I find this very annoying, upsetting...

“Second time and still just as good!”
I used E.V.P. last year when I stayed at the Radisson Blue and found them first class in everything, so I thought I would use them again when flying from Terminal 1. Although we had a brief wait as the traffic was lighter than expected, they collected the car with the same courtesy as before. On our return, he was already there to greet us and the full Valet which they did on the car was excellent and it still gleams 2 weeks later. “Terrible!”
AWFUL on every count...for the simple fact that we didn't get to use them! We tried calling the '24 hour' number before we arrived at the airport and the phone was switched off. Tried the main number...straight through to voicemail. Ended up having to park in Long Stay, which cost over £100 rather than the £42 we had budgeted to pay. Absolute rubbish....

We usually get a taxi to the airport, but decided to try valet parking with Elite and we were delighted with the service. We also had the car valeted while we were away and it was the best the car has looked since we got it! This is a 1st class company that we have used for a couple of years now. I cannot recommend them enough, particularly Herbie who always meets us. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I have used Elite Valet parking for over 2 years now. As a frequent flyer the last thing I want is to use an airport carpark and have to walk half a mile to get my car. No need, as these guys meet me at the door with a smile everytime. I have never been kept waiting , they are prompt, efficient and courteous. I was recommended to this service by a work colleague and can I say how easy it all was from booking, they send a confirmation via e mail with all instructions on, and you just phone them 10 minutes before you get to the airport and they are there waiting for you, same on arrival back into manchester airport, they tell you to phone them when you get your last bag off the carousel and they were there outside the arrival doors waiting and they payed for the ticket to the car park, cant say enough...
