I've had to rebook our event 3 times due to complications with peoples attendance and the service was absolutely impeccable. Emails promptly, accurately and politely with a human sense of humour too. Cannot thank them enough!

Office Christmas are one of the best agencies I have worked with over my seven years in the events industry. I work very closely with all members of the team and each of them are as great as each other. They deliver great events and continue to drive a significant volume of parties through to me everyday. Their enquiry system is the best I have worked with - so easy to navigate and track. The whole team are a delight to work with and nothing is ever too much. Our working relationship has developed significantly over the last 2 years and I can honestly say I completely trust them to organise events for me and it is a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend Office Christmas to both operators and individual guests wanting to organise events and parties, especially during the festive season. Having a team that work along side you so closely and so thoroughly really makes the task of organising events such a smooth one. We booked our company party through Officechristmas they were fine until they received our full payment then they told us venue was cancelled after we requested a refund they didn't not answer emails or calls when they finally answered they didn't give a refund till way past our party date I was left with a huge debt as a party organizer to pay our group when they finally refunded the money was incomplete since then they haven't answered any form of correspondence. Now I have to take drastic action to retrieve all my money

We booked our Christmas party in December 2013 and they changed our venue last minute, saying it was no longer available. We were able to book an alternative venue at a cheaper price and a few party members now could not make it based on this. A full refund was originally offered to us however every time we tried to get through on the phone, we were directed to a different member of staff who didn't know the situation and refused to provide us with our refund and actually being rude on occasions. As this change of venue was no fault of our own, I asked to speak to a manager who said that thru would arrange a refund for those who could now not attend and for the difference in price for those who are still going. They refused to pay this into our account (which is how we originally paid) and insisted they could only give us a cheque! This all happened in November and we only received our cheques on 14/01/14 despite us calling us and threatening them with legal action if they didn't pay. Overall an awful and stressful experience which I never wish to encounter again!!!

When a supplier cancells a Christmas party we offer a refund or an alternative venue choice. We cannot be held responsible when suppliers outside our control cancel a Christmas party. We can only apologise for any incovenience this caused but with 3000 parties to organise you will understand we cannot get back to everyone till things have calmed down a little. Our terms and conditions clearly state we will deal with complaints after the Christmas rush (ie beginning of January) and mediate between the venue and client (a free service btw) it seems to me you were dealt with fairly and swiftly by us and I think your review on our service here a little unfair

The fact it has taken you 18 months to reply to my review proves my point. I don't think the review was unfair, it was commensurate with the service we received...which was poor. Your terms and conditions didn't state it takes over 2 months for a refund and for us to have to threaten with legal advice. Other reviews have said similar things too in the past so I am not being unreasonable. Just stating facts.

Avoid this company. After booking an event we could not get any answers from them at all. We then ended up having to deal with the venue directly....the most terrible service ever.

Answers about what? Dress code, menu choice, opening times, parking, directions, travel services? All available on your personalised free website. And we do have people answering the phones as well although on busy days its hard to get through to us admittedly. One star is very harsh considering the information that is available to you.

If you book they will cancel your booking short notice and then not refund you. Poor customer care boarding on hostile and I wonder if the company that let them market on their behalf know what they treat customers which also reflect on the company that allows them to market there event.

We refund everyone if a venue cancells a party, this is part iof the protection we offer, we even refund customers of the venue goes bust, burns down, or any other circumstance and have done so in the past numerous times.This is just plain lies and I wont comment further

The company letting us market them on their behalf probably cancelled the party in the first place, we dont cancel parties they do!! So please get your facts straight when commenting on us here. It annoys me that we take the blame for suppliers actions and they somehow are the innoccent victims of bad service.
Its the other way around we are here to protect clients, and for the majotity of events we do a good job of that.
Seems to me one of our less reputable competitors is writing some of these reviews.

Believe me, we would have been better sorting this event ourselves. Turned up on the night to a cancelled party which we had fully paid for. Just don't go here !

There were a couple of parties that turned up after the venue had cancelled the event through lack of bookings, one was our fault and the other the venues for neglecting to tell us. without know which one you were I cant comment

Worse expereince ever!!! I organised the party on the 7th of December 2012, few days till the party I called them , but no one picked up the phone. Finally, we arrived to the party and there were no drinks on the table, I was so ebarased infront of the clients. The organisers checked the list and apparently we did not preorder anything! So we paid £1300 and did not receove even water!!! We had to order our drinks twice!

Drastic action? we refund all parties fully when we get a refund from the venue. Its no different than the venue canceling the party and not offering the refund in time so please review them and not us. We offer a booking service, a mediation service, protection if the venue goes bust and a free management tool for your party at no extra cost to the client.
Please when reviewing us, we accept that at time Chistmas is chaotic but incinuating that people have to sue us, or we are dodgy and other incinuation is just plain untrue.
