We have just come back from Lapland UK today, we have 2 children one of whom is in a wheelchair and whilst it was a lovely day we cannot dispute that, it was extremely difficult to get around with a child in a wheelchair and unlike other attractions we have been too, there was next to no consideration of the fact it was harder with a child in a wheelchair!. The cost of the day was far too much for what it actually was, it cost us £270 for 2 adults and 2 children and comparing it with other attractions we think its not worth more than half that really. The dinning hall, was like being back at school and was full on hectic!, but our time with santa was brilliant and we got great gifts.

We have just returned from a fantastic day at Lapland UK. This is the 3rd year we have been.It was magical the first time and has got better ever since. Yes its expensive but you pay for what you get, the toys are quality, the food is proper food no nuggets and chips and the outfits were brilliant.Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful and played the part perfectly. My children look forward to this every year now (and if im honest so do I). I cant wait to go next year and would rec ...

go to santas magical kingdom at the hop farm, i went on sunday with my 7 year old and she loved it she is still talking about it now, she could,nt take it all in, it was beautiful, santa was brilliant, the elfs are great, the circus was fantastic, we had so much fun, i would recommend it to anyone, i don,t want to say to much though because it will spoil it, it was just realy worth going, just to see the childrens faces.

£85 per person - what an absolute rip-off, the Elfs were the unhappiest bunch of full time layabouts I have ever seen. The Santas tried to do their best but were let down by poor management - my 7 year old saw 2 Santas changing over.

For a family of 4 it is almost cheaper to take one of the actual flights to Lapland and spend the day.

Dear oh Dear, Lapland UK more like Crapland UK

Lapland UK was ok, the only reason i wouldnt reccommend it to a friend is its soooo over priced!!!! if it was the same as 2007 then it would have got way more stars, bit of a let down for the price. We are going to Santa's Magical Kingdom at the Hop Farm in Paddock Wood this year, only 25pp for a great experience and it includes a train ride and circus pantomime, now thats a reasonable price on Christmas!

Before you open Lapland UK this year please take note of the points:1) The price - 85 pounds was far too much and why should adults pay the same as children?2) Snow - if you are going to charge that much hire a snow machine - even my 3 year old wasn't impressed with the "bubble" snow3) Location - because the village was lower down than the car park it could be seen! How do you explain that to a 7 year old?4) Exit - should not be the same way as the entrance - you need to feel that you have left ...

Went to Lapland UK (Kent) on 20th Dec at 3.30pm really good time of day to go as was just getting dark, all added to the magic. We had the best family day out I think we have ever had.Everything was beautiful well run and just magical.Wont go into to much detail as will spoil the day if you are planning to go.Yes its expensive but then you probally wont go again and the look on our 2 childrens faces for the day was worth every penny.

This experience suprpassed my expectations by a mile. Right from the start everything at Lapland UK (in Kent) was very professionaly organised and wonderfully executed. The enchanted secret woodland path at the start with entertaining elves, toy making factory, gingerbread kitchen with Mrs Christmas, restaurant with good food, christmas post office, reindeer, huskies, ice skating and Father Christmas who was just superb.... 4 hours just flew by. And the acid test..... my daughter declared "That ...

From our arrival at the gate of Lapland UK (this is not the one that has had so much criticism recently), through the enchanted woodland, into Lapland, then to Santa's workshop to make rocking horses, to Mrs Christmas' kitchen to make gingerbread men, to the dining room for our Christmas Dinner, to the reindeer paddock, to the Saami village, to the Post Office, to the ice-rink, to the shop, to the toilet facilities, ti the shop and cafe, everything was perfect, without even mentioning the Elves, ...
