I have had these glasses for 3 months now. Used them mainly to play tennis, though also use them at work. The glasses are nice, stylish and sturdy and the service was relatively fast. I was very concerned before buying these glasses after having read so many bad reviews of other customers who all reported issues with the temples, how fragile they are, and how oakley makes it impossible to replace. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dispatch is from Hong Kong and glasses went from Hong Kong to Tokyo, Tokyo to Paris, Paris to London, London to Stoke on Trent then back to Hong Kong (as delivery was then too late) and then Bangkok (where I live). We are sorry to see that the delivery took longer than we expected, we use courier express service for our orders' delivery which usually takes around 2 working days, however, from time to time for several specific country, the courier company may use an economic freight for shipping.

“Competitive pricing, some lack of quality control”

Pros: competitive pricing on a pair of hard-to-find Persols which I really wanted Cons: the frame/arms were out of alignment and I had to pay to get them realigned by an optician. Smart Buy Glasses would not refund/replace as I had already gone ahead with the realignment - had to do so as needed the glasses fixed quickly for a holiday. The problem is now recurring however and I will probably have to get them realigned again and/or tightened. This is a shame for an expensive pair of glasses… Read Full Review

We provide 100 Day return service if customer is not happy with the product, however, the product needs to be in it's original condition.
