“Poor sales, much better servicing”

Recently bought a car from the Leeds branch. As with other reviews we found the initial sales experience was good. The car was well presented & salesman was helpful, though didn't seem to know the car vey well. We had problems with the car almost straight after handover. Despite assuring us the car would be put through rigorous checks before releasing it to us, we quickly found one of the head lamps was out & front tyres were below legal tread limit. “Bad Experience”

Hello the sales were brilliant they gave me the works to sell a car.Its wasn't till i drove to the car to work.The rocker cover was hanging off and oil was all over my driveway.A fitter at work fix the rocker cover for now.I contacted service centre told to bring it in.So i took the car in he just looked at it said"its not leaking now so it must be ok".I have just had it serviced.The people who had a look at it found wrong glow plugs not fitted correct,exhaust hole in it and hand brake... Bought a c class, ok value for money, well presented cars, jazz was my salesman and seemed nice enough was polite and let me go on an extensive test drive. Important to get everything in righting as some bits that they said would be sorted weren't. But then again if you know what you are doing when buying a car I doubt you would have problems this being the second car I have ever bought they must have seen me coming. “A suprisingly good service in these modern times”

I was made to feel welcome with the showroom well presented. The sales executive was helpful and my new car was well presented on handover. The overall experience was good and I would buy from MB again, would recommend them to my family and friends. A suprisingly good service in these modern times. “Car from Hell!”

My son in law bought a Ford Mondeo from MB Motors that broke down 1474 miles and 5 weeks later with a faulty fuel pump. It took 10 months, with the Mondeo un-roadworthy, and a County Court Judgement, before he received back the price paid for the vehicle and his costs. If MB Motors put the same effort into customer service as they do trying to remove adverse reviews, then they might receive more favourable reviews in the future! We do not wish to deal with MB Motors ever again." (read more)
