General comments: Wonderful down to earth advice from authors that have been there too. Very practical short tips with brief anecdotes that sound oh so familiar. An A-Z compendium...no need to read the entire book...just go to the behavior that is challenging you and in 2 minutes you will get a few strategies to try along with compassion and humor that really helps!
