    Placed order for a light fitting and after passing the latest delivery date I tried to contact fervency.com by telephone to no avail. The e mail response was not backed up by the delivery of the item. Having not recieved the item i will now leave with the credit card company to sort out.

    Terrible service, in over 10 years of using the internet I have NEVER had such appauling customer service. I ordered 2 identical items over 2 months ago, one turned up fairly quickly, no explanation of the delay for the other item.After emailing they replied that the item would follow shorthly, I hear nothing for a month, I tried calling and was again promised the item shortly.Emails are now getting ignored, nobody answers the phone, they have only replied once in the last month after I sent a l ...
