    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Breaks down constantly


    General comments: We have owned two Miele ovens, one of them being a Miele H4880BP and a Miele dishwasher for two years now and we cannot be more UNHAPPY with these machines and the POOR technical service Miele has offered to repair them. This Miele Oven has had three serious malfunctions requiring major parts replacement over the past year. Our Miele Dishwasher has never performed well, leaving dirty bowls and flatware every time, despite numerous service calls. I need to share my misery about owning Miele products and dealing with their technical staff. Wish that I had never purchased Miele products and would advise anyone not to do so.
