I have been waiting for a fish bowl to be delievered from them for more than two weeks. I have emailed them and called them, neither have been replied to. I am appaulled as they have taken my money, and I have recieved no product! I emailed them asking for a refund, and they have not done it. This service is a skam!!

To be honest the only good thing about pet points is the price of the goods, other than that they were quick enough to take the money from my account and after 3days of trying to contact them, they said that they had no record of my order. Had to wait another 2days after being promised they would contact me of which they didnt, again ages to get in contact, eventually the goods were delivered. WILL NOT use again!!!!

Quick dispatch of goods and received in good time for my dogs birthday.

i am very disappointed in pet points still not recieved my order after payment was taken straight away 8 days ago.they hvnt replyed to 2 emails n they never answer the phone!

What can be done about Pet Points? They withdrew the funds fom my bank immediately but they don't respond to any contact. Either their phone is engaged or not answered and E mails go unanswered. no goods received since order placed over 2 weeks ago.

This company should be formally investigated.

haven't recieved any food 2 weeks afer ordering it. i spent £102 on guinea pig food for my rescue, the money came from donations. there is no communiction with Pet Points. The only time they answered the phone they told me the van which had my order on had been stolen, the goods with it!!!!!I was told i would get some the next day. That was 4 days ago, i have no food and they won't return my emails or answere their phones. Would NEVER use these again.

Our family have bought from this website for over 1 year now without any problems - they have always been punctual and of good quality.
We have a number of pets and have recommended them to our friends. We have always heard good things about this company.

Good selection and competitive pricing.
I like the rewards program - have managed to save a tidy sum over the past 12 months

I experienced poor communication, I did not receive a response to emails or phone calls or anything. Took money out of my account but I didn't receive the items.
I ordered a guinea pig cage and they finally sent it out (but none of the other items I ordered were received) but it was the wrong size, much smaller, and one of the clips to hold the base and top together was missing.

Will not be using Pet Points again.. The items may be good value but I didn't receive my complete order so what's the ...

After ordering a couple of items from Pet Points and being quoted 2-3 days delivery, my money was debited straight from my account and I have still not received any of my orders or any information from them about my orders over a week later. I have been unable to get any answer to any phone calls whenever I've tried and have received no reply to any emails yet. I can not recommend this site at all.
