    We had been recommended to two catteries & Kennels in the Preston area, and where told of one cattery & kennels inperticularly Raggamuffins. We thought we should look at both places and see what the difference could be?
    The first one seemed ok, but the pets looked a bit sad, we thought that would make our pets sad, so went to have a look at Raggamuffins. What a diffence the cats where all sat in boxes on the wall and looked contented & happy and ann who showed us around knew each cat by name before we got to the pen! ( and in the kennels too!) We where able to look at the kennels aswell and we felt welcome & assured that our pets would be cared for. We arrived for our summer holiday and booked our dog in for a groom and left the pets beds, toys and treats which we thought was great( The bedding came back washed and aired we asked had the dog messed and christine said no your dog has had a groom so we wash the bed for you, we try not to send bedding home dirty if we can help it). On collecting our dog she came from the grooming room looking great, smelling great and very happy. Highly recommed we are very pleased.

    All i can say is excellent. I have used Raggamuffins Boarding Kennels twice now and each time my dog has wanted to go into the kennels. The first time I collected him he did look a bit sorry for himself (he was a rescued dog and I think he thought he had been left again) The 2nd time was a completely different story he looked happy as though he had really enjoyed himself. I would definitely recommend.
