Quantum Touch: The Power to Heal is easy to follow, quick to learn. Quantum Touch is very similar in structure and application to Reiki with the exception of dedicated breathing techniques and visualisations and a lack of symbols (At this level. A symbol is introduced at the 'Supercharging' level). The actual practical content of this book could be reduced to a short pamphlet. The rest of the book is made up of (admitedly enjoyable) anecdotes about healing situations and not of terribly much use if you're interested in getting down and trying to make a really difference to someone's health.Borrow a copy if you can, it's worth a skim, but the price is very high for the low level of actual instruction. Huge claims with very basic evidence.

Experienced the work first hand. I felt more aligned than I did after years of physical therapy and chiropractic treatment! You can almost feel everything working its way into place.- Read Guest's review (30 words)
