Good Points: decent price

Bad Points: disappointing service and delivery

General comments: I order my clipinz to be delivered to India and before placing my order I enquired about the expected date and I was assured 5 days delivery. I had even mentioned in my order I am ordering the extensions specifically for an occasion that is there after 10 days. It has been 9 days since my order was claimed to be despatched. On emailing them I got a reply giving me my RoyalMail tracking no. There seems to be no update on the website other than order sent to overseas postal services. I emailed hairextensions again and still received no reply yet. Also there is no customer service number on their website, so I just feel lost.

I'm so annoyed with www.hairextensionsnow.com and would advise anyone to stay away from them.

3 weeks ago I ordered half a head of extensions with a free pouch to keep them in from HairExtensionsNow, they took the money straight away and promised a next day delivery. About 4 days later I had still not received the extensions so I emailed them to ask when I should expect them.
