    Do not use Thornley Groves Estate Agents if you expect to get your rental deposit back. They have repeatedly lied regarding releasing deposits and have managed to drag the process out to more than 2 months! Have been passed from one person to another over several telephone calls with no success...... looking to goto small claims court now to recover money... avoid at all costs!

    Do not recommend Thornley Grove Estate Agents, they will lie to you, prolong the sales process and you will be passed from one member of the team to the next. Have spent hours on the phone trying to chase up surveys which have still not been completed over one month of an offer being accepted on our property. Terrible service.

    Good communication, quick and detailed viewing feedback, Thornley Groves made the effort to earn their money. Mediated well between sellers and buyers and maintained good levels of contact in overseeing sale through to conclusion.
